Welcome to MagiEcho AI. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MagiEcho AI — referred to here as the "platform," "we," or "us" — and they carry legal weight for both sides.

The moment you register an account, open any feature, or use the service in any way, you're confirming that you've read these Terms, understood them, and agreed to be bound by all of them. If any part doesn't work for you, please stop using the platform straight away.

MagiEcho AI is an AI-driven creative studio — a set of intelligent tools for generating and reshaping text, images, audio, and video.

What's on offer includes, but isn't limited to:

• AI-assisted tools for creating and editing content
• Multi-format generation and style transformation
• A library of creative templates and personalization options
• A tiered feature set powered by a credits model

The platform will keep evolving as the technology does. We work hard to keep the core stable, but we can't promise that any single feature will stay available forever.

Unlocking the full range of MagiEcho AI means creating a personal account. When you sign up, give us information that's truthful, accurate, and complete — and keep it current as things change.

When it comes to keeping your account secure, you agree to:

• Guard your sign-in details and never hand them to anyone else
• Take full responsibility for everything that happens under your account
• Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized access or a breach
• Steer clear of opening or running accounts under a false or borrowed identity

We can't be held responsible for losses that flow from a failure to keep your own account properly secure.

MagiEcho AI exists for lawful, creative work. By using the platform, you agree to steer clear of all of the following:

• Creating or spreading content that breaks the law or community standards
• Submitting or prompting material tied to violence, hate, discrimination, or explicit content
• Using the platform for fraud, harassment, defamation, or any other harm
• Trying to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or bulk-extract data from the platform
• Posing as someone else or manufacturing misleading information
• Disrupting our servers, networks, or anyone else's experience

MagiEcho AI runs on cutting-edge generative models. Because that technology is probabilistic by nature, its output can vary and surprise.

A few things worth keeping in mind about AI-generated content:

• You're fully responsible for the prompts you submit and where they point
• Output isn't guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular use
• Results can shift between model versions and updates
• Always bring human judgment before relying on AI output in professional, legal, or medical settings

We keep working to raise output quality, but we make no promises — express or implied — about the results AI produces.

MagiEcho AI runs on a credits system. Some features need credits to use, and credits can be bought or earned through the methods the platform provides.

• Every credit transaction has to go through official platform channels
• Credits can't be moved between accounts and can't be cashed out
• Spent credits aren't refundable; unused credits follow the refund policy shown at purchase
• We may adjust credit pricing and policy with reasonable advance notice

To the fullest extent the law allows, MagiEcho AI is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind — express or implied.

We don't promise that:

• The service will run uninterrupted, error-free, or be available at all times
• Platform content will be perfectly accurate, complete, or up to date
• The service will meet every one of your specific needs
• Anything you get through the platform is suitable as a basis for decisions

Using the platform is something you do at your own risk.

Under no circumstances will MagiEcho AI or its team be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data
• Outcomes of decisions you made by relying on platform content
• Claims beyond the total amount you paid us over the prior twelve months

These limits hold regardless of the legal theory — contract, tort, or anything else — even if we were warned such loss was possible.

You can delete your account at any time from the platform settings, which ends your use of the service.

We may suspend or permanently end your access, without prior notice, in cases such as:

• Breaking any part of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior
• A long stretch of account inactivity
• A legal duty or regulatory order

Once access ends, content you made through the platform may no longer be reachable — so back up anything important on a regular basis. Ending access doesn't cancel obligations you took on during the term of this agreement.

These Terms are governed by and read in line with applicable law, setting aside its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute over the service should first be worked through in good-faith negotiation. If that doesn't resolve it, either side may take the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction.

Each clause here stands on its own. If one is found unenforceable, the rest stay fully in force.
